Heartland Crossing Foundation, Heartland Crossing's Homeowner Association, is professionally managed by M Group Management and Consulting Services. The Foundation is responsible for collecting and managing Member's dues, as well as maintaining all common land, pools, and parks.

The Foundation works with the Architectural Review Board to facilitate the review of Architectural Change Forms, as well as keeping the Developer abreast of Homeowner's concerns and suggestions. The Foundation is also responsible for enforcing the safety and aesthetic provisions of the Covenants that allow Heartland Crossing to be a vibrant and beautiful community.

Heartland Crossing Foundation, through it's Social Director, helps maintain an active and involved community, with community events and activities. Some of our annual events include: Easter Egg Hunts, Halloween Parties, Breakfast's with Santa, and a Community Wide Safety Day. A newsletter is sent bi-monthly to inform the Members of upcoming activities and items that affect the Community.
